Why you think you can be a moderator: I believe I can be a moderator because I have been a very helpful and productive person on this server. I greet new players, I help them, I help older players and I even give advice to the staff. I was once an admin on this server and then demoted for reasons I do not wish to speak of. However, I do wish to become staff once more because I liked the way being helpful made me feel. Another reason is because I know all the plugins, I'm good friends with many players and staff and well-respected around the player base.
Why can you help LegendHelm: I believe I can help Legend Helm in many ways. I am great with people and know many of the regulars around the server. I can be on at most times now since I have my own laptop. I can also help the staff. I know this may sound a little cliche but I know what I'm doing. The staff on this server are good. I know this from personal experience from hiring them to helping them. The server needs more staff. That may sound bad seeing that we already have an over-abundance but whenever I'm on, I see a staff member and think "Oh good, he's laying down the law right now" but then I notice he/she isn't talking or responding and they're afk. We need staff that can live up to their hours they said they had.
ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server: Automatic ban and referral to the owner.
Someone is spamming the server: Tell them to stop politely and if they continue, mute them for 20 minutes.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: Remind them of the rules and let it slide but if it continues a two day temporary ban.
Someone has made a huge grief: 10 day ban and referral to ward and let him decide what to do with the person.

Hi Alex-
I think this is a really well written application. From playing LegendHelm with you I know that when you are doing your job, you do it well. Sometimes you make a slip, like when you were banned. This makes people rethink your application. I trust you, and I think you are a good Moderator. But I feel like this is a thing decided by the rest of the staff, because I did not watch you get banned or watch you do what you did, I can not fully claim something.

Well written, but I honestly wasn't there to see you get banned, either, as madison said. So, I can't really judge. In all honesty, this is Ward's decision whether to bring you back or not.

It is a good app indeed, but while I don't know the full story behind your ban, I don't see the need to immediately put you back up on the rosters. However, it is not my choice to make, so Ward will step in hopefully shortly to decide.
