Why you think you can be a moderator: Well, first off, I believe the moderator rank is not just to use /game-mode 1 (creative mode). If I got the job of a legend-helm moderator, I could be helpful to the players, and building things for certain occasion's. I dont want this rank for horseplay, abusing commands, ETC. I want to help out, help staff, and just be a big help!. I have been on legend-helm for 7 months approaching 8 months. I believe(from my research) legend-helm moderators are not on as much as I am. I could be really useful to the server and to the people playing on this server. Legendhelm is a great server to play on. im sure everyone that plays the server agrees. That is why I applied! I am really attracted to this server. (which is probably why my social life it at level 0), LoL. As I said I realized, most moderators(not pointing out names) are not active on the server.  see, that bothers me. That is what inspired me to apply for this role in legend helm. As many of you know, I am a nice player (Donator) on legend-helm. I recently had to put my 8 year old dog down over the weekend. I was really sad. so that is why I haven't been on the last couple days. but that has sunken in now. I have loved this server since the moment I started, and I will as long as im on. As I said I don't want this rank to horseplay, I want it to help out the server and to be helpful to the people playing on it.This is why I think I should be granted the the rank of the moderator.
Why you can help Legend-helm: I believe I can help legend-helm by not abusing commands helping just players and staff! I could be helpful Alot on this server. I have been getting better with building and with commands. I can build for the server, help with planning, the forums, ETC.  

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server: well, I would warn,if further problems continue , 2-day temp ban
Someone is spamming the server: I would ask to stop. if they do not, 5 minute ./emute.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: warn, and rollback. If problem doesn't resolve, 2 day temp ban.
Someone has made a huge grief: I would ask why they did it, roll back the greif, ban for 4 days (seems good enough)
