Why you think you can be a moderator: I am a very mature person and I can stay calm in most situations.  I have also been very helpful with other players in the past whether it be collecting wood to finish their home or donating 1,000 LegendHelm Money to pay for Diamond Armor.
Why you can help LegendHelm:  I hate griefers.  Then again, who does?  They're disrespectful to the Minecraft community and I need all the support I can get to rid them from the great Minecraft community us at LegendHelm have created.

Part II (Take action)

Someone claims they can hack the server: A two hour mute and if they decide to continue afterwards a two day ban.
Someone is spamming the server: Mute them for a day.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: A warning and explanation of the rules and what we expect from them as a LegendHelm player.
Someone has made a huge grief: Roll the grief back and a two day ban.  If this is their third grief or higher a month ban but that is a rare case. (Or at least I would hope so.)
