Why you think you can be a moderator: I'm experienced. I've run my own server with players going to numbers of 70-80, I know what to do in hacker/griefing, etc. situations. However, my server didn't have enough funds to still be alive. xD
Why you can help LegendHelm: I know plugins, I know how to code and configure, I can help with some technical issues along with player issues if possible.

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server: I've worked for Bukkit multiple times, it's impossible to hack the server without having control to the console.
Someone is spamming the server: A simple kick or a temp mute can do it.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief:A temp ban and have them re-look through the rules.
Someone has made a huge grief: According to server rules, griefing is a bannable offence, so I will do exactly that. Oh, and with WorldEdit I think, you can do rollbacks. I'm not to sure.
