If you would like a better chance of being unbanned, I'd suggest writing a more polite appeal. I don't know why you were banned or by whom, but I'd be happy to check that out for you.
Also, don't tell people to answer your ban appeal, that's rude. Don't do that ESPECIALLY on a completely unrelated post.

Your ban appeal has been considered but you will not be unbanned at this time. After reviewing with other staff, they have indicated that you have caused trouble for the server in the past and that is why you are currently banned.
