The pic won't load. But I lived in Alaska for 6 years and I know its cold. I lived in Fairbanks so there wasn't any wind but it got -50 still. Iv'e been arond where you live and its cold.

There may be less snow there but I don't doubt that it's 50 degree colder then where you live
