Why you think you can be a moderator: I've been a Moderator before and the reason I got demoted was because I left for two weeks, but I still did well with the job I loved. I also already know all the Moderator rules and commands so there is no training required.
Why you can help LegendHelm: LegendHelm is my family, and it's in my nature to protect my family until I die. I've done my job as Moderator was and I hope to do it again.

[Part 2: Taking action]

Someone claims they can hack the server: Ban, just to stay safe. It's their own fault if they were kidding around, hacking is a serious problem.
Someone is spamming the server: 10 minute mute, if they continue after their mute expires, a 2 day tempban.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: A warning and explanation of the rules and what we expect from them on the LegendHelm Survival Server.
Someone has made a huge grief: Ban, griefing is NOT tolerated.

I am sorry for leaving in the past but I had to, life has just been one disappointment after another. But being a Moderator made me the happiest I had ever been in my life, so please, just give me another chance.
