Why you think you can be a moderator: I think I should be moderator because one time I used to be a mod on Legend Helm until my brother had access to my account. He then started abusing my powers and I got demoted for his actions. He got a new account and is now banned from Legend Helm to prevent future problems and no longer has access to my account. I have been on the server since about January and know allot about plugins and running a server considering I have co owned and owned servers. I also know how to handle advertisers and hackers.
Why you can help LegendHelm: I can help Legend Helm by keeping the server from bad influencing players as well as help out players and keep them on. But also working in a server website.

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server: Mute them for a hour and if they continue ban them.
Someone is spamming the server: Mute them for 10min. And if they continue raise the time 10min every time they continue to.  
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: Warn them not to grief again or they will be temp banned. As well as tell them Legend helms rules.
Someone has made a huge grief: Temp-ban them for about 1-3 days. And am familiar with the plugin that can rollback griefs, if not I will ask another staff member to help me.
