Why you think you can be a moderator: I believe I can be a moderator because I've been in this situation before. Sometimes even worse. I have been admin on this server twice and moderator once. I know everyone and I know almost every command (for the most part). Players used to love me cause I was fun yet "rule-enforcing" which made me unique because most moderators are one or the other. I also love the server, I love helping people, and I love Minecraft. All that stuff I used to do, ward, I put it to an end.
Why you can help LegendHelm: I can help LegendHelm because I know this server inside and out. I keep up with it every day and I try to get on whenever I can. Like I said before, I know almost all the commands and I can be ubiquitous around the server. I'm VERY talented with core protect and world edit and such commands similar. I know a lot of the punishment times (Unless they have changed).

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server: Mute them for 10 minutes, if continued then 2 day ban.
Someone is spamming the server: Mute 20 minutes. If continued, 2 day ban.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: I would tell them the rules and send them to spawn to read them. If they do it again, I will ban them depending on the size grief.
Someone has made a huge grief: Ban for 6-10 days depending on the size grief.
