I have to agree with Ward on this one personnally /give and /fly are essencially the same as creative its just your not invincible and getting items is more time consuming.

BRIAN, I don't think this quite shows mods need creative OR op. It lacks reasons that support it Except upgrading spawn. if i was to write a paragraph about this this is how it would go:

Hi guys, this is Nickistocool. I'm here to try to let mods have access to creative. In my opinion, Creative mode is essential for mods because A. They can build stuff for the server B. Be able to upgrade spawn easier. Thank you,
