Why you think you can be a moderator: I think i can be a moderator because i have been moderator on LegendHelm before and i believe i had helped out a lot, i know how to use all the commands, i have a lot of experience and can sort out any situation without having to constantly ask a higher staff member to interfere. I am also fairly mature and don't get enraged easily which makes me an even better moderator as i wont go crazy on people, I am also quite kind in most situations but can take control if needed too.
Why you can help LegendHelm: I think i could help LegendHelm because i'm an all rounded player can work with whoever and i play nicely.... most of the time....

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server: Tell them they can't and ban them, then talk to a higher staff member about it. (Admin/Owner)
Someone is spamming the server: Give them a first warning, and then if they carry on a 10 minute mute. If player carries on after the mute; tempban for 12 hours.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: If the grief is less then 15 blocks a tempban for 1 or 2 days depending how many blocks broken. (1 day if 7 or less, 2 days if 8 or more.
Someone has made a huge grief: Permanent Ban

I'm probably going to get denied but i am going to try anyway!
