Admin app I guess...

Yo.

I'm NotSam. I'm pretty much keep-to-myself guy on the Minecraft server, unless someone needs something. I became a mod recently, and I just thought applying for admin would be the next logical step to take. I've never actually been an admin before. I have much experience of being a mod though, because I was once a Minecraft and Jailbreak moderator for a popular community called the Cube. Moderating is pretty much a breeze now. Anyway, this is how I figure it.

I started playing actively when it became time to start crafting the new world. I basically built the spawn building, with a few nice-looking modifications from Ward. I also built the entire Shop, and helped a bit with the lounge. I also had to roll back two huge griefs that hit us recently, with no help from any other mods. I just think that keeping me at Mod is kinda a hindrance as to what I can actually do. I'm pretty able with time now, too. Our Cross Country season is almost completely over now, so that'll free up 2 and 1/2 hours in the afternoon: more time to play.

I hope this means something. I'm pretty alright with staying mod at this point, but it'd be cool to take on admin for a change.

Edit: Might as well elaborate a bit. I have had Minecraft since ~July of 2011, and up until recently, I've known my way all around the game very well. I probably have 5,000 hours+ on the game, not even exaggerating. I started learning /lb and /co around the end of 2012, and by 2013 I pretty much knew the ins and outs of all of the commands I was given on the Cube. I then went on to learn all the !commands of gmod, (ex: !ban wardgun for being ugly 10080). I got a lot of time to deal with severe rule breakers, such as racists, sexists, homophobics, and modders/hackers. Moderating was no longer a chore to me at this point, but, although this is a stretch, a stress relieving opiate.

I just like moderating. The challenge of being an admin would be even better. It'll be a pretty fun learning experience.
