Why you think you can be a moderator: I have been on this server for 3 months. This server has changed my mine-craft life. I just cant stop playing. This server has a respectful and very kind staff. But there is a down-side. I have noticed some new players greifing, hacking ,etc. But i think i can change that! I found out that you cant accept my first application. But that did not bother me! i was cool about it! lets gets to the point. I think i could help out legendhelm because i am on almost 24/7! and i can handle situations. I wouldn't want the rank just to mess around, i actually like this server and i think my responsibility can handle the job as a moderator. OK , say (not copying anyone) a player is new and they thought you could greif and just didnt take a good look at the rules and continued to greif. if i was a moderator i would stop the player and have them explain to me the rules. for instance he/she continues to greif i would take action and temp- ban for a reasonable amount of time! If a player is new and claims to hack the server i would keep an eye on them. If the claim is being abused i would temp-ban for a reasonable amount of time!. So this is my moderator application and i hope you guys take the time to read this and get back to me the answer!  
Why you can help LegendHelm: I can help legend helm because i am on 24/7 ,almost and as i said i just don't want the rank to mess around I'm asking for the rank to just be a big help to this great server! Also, i am on almost all day and i will be able to check up every ten minutes just for fun and to help out. If a player is in a cookie and are in need of help i would be there to help and not wait! so i think i would be a very good help to legendhelm and its players!

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server:I would view the situation more closely and if the problem is true i would ask why they did it and then i would temp-ban the player for a good amount of time. and of course take a screenshot of it!
Someone is spamming the server: If someone is spamming the server i would ask them to stop if it continues i would mute the player. if they use /me i would temp-ban for a little amount of time.
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: I would view the problem and greif and just warn them:)
Someone has made a huge grief: i would use the /co command and see how many recorded greifs were made. If the greif was huge i would temp-ban the player or just have them explain the rules and just let it go
