We Need Another City Spawn

So I've been thinking lately. We need a new city spawn. Not like the one Mrdarklord150 griefed. Like one that's an actual city with buildings and skyscrapers. Also, we need builders. GOOD builders. If you would like to be one, PM me with this format.

Could turn paradise into a new City spawn, we can move stuff around and in some buildings which are owned by staff or something, and some shops which players can run their selves. (Paradise is my island business thingy) tell me what you think.
