Why you think you can be a moderator: I think I can help because I now know what it s like being abused by a mod (not saying names) so I know that it actually kind of hurts, and I am also an admin on zunkeys server so you could ask him if I am good or not.
Why you can help Legend Helm: I can help legend helm by being helpful and solving all the problems I can but if there are problems I cant solve I would direct them to ward, Eli, or Madison.

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING OF WHAT ACTIONS YOU WOULD TAKE

Someone claims they can hack the server: I would say okay well don't talk about it in front of peple and if they do I would mute them.
Someone is spamming the server: I would mute the person and if it doesn't stop after the muting I would kick/ ban. (whatever fits the situation)
Someone new has came on and made a small grief: make sure they don't do it again and try to either fix the greif or give the items to fix it.
Someone has made a huge grief: Depending on how bad or how unfixable it is I would tmp ban them for a certain amount of time. (could possibly ban for good)

OMG it makes sence I have been abused by a mod so that is why I wouldn't abuse a player how many times does it take to get it through peepls heads

Ive been abused by mods all the time but if I was a mod I would change that statement and make sure no one gets abused.
