Your Moderator handbook.

Post by Wardgun on Thu Aug 08, 2013 6:22 pm

Hello! I have prepared a small, but helpful handbook for those Moderators out there!
First off, I'd like to start off with our server would be nothing without you and we thank you all for your help!
Contents below
Dealing with a grief
Alright, so you've found a grief, and panicked because you don't know what to do!
Fear not, this handbook will guide you through it! Very Happy

First off, start with the simple command,
/co i
This is called core-protect inspect, it's how we see who did the griefing, and how long ago.
After you have the inspector enabled right click, where blocks are broken, it should bring up
who did it, and how long ago.
The command to fix it is,
/co rollback u:(the griefer) t:(how long ago he did it) r:(area affected)
And that sums it up!
Okay, now for the punishing part.
If it is their first grief, jail for 1 hour.
If it isn't, and they have played the server for a while now, it's a 1 day tempban.

Alright, so someone feels the need to fill up the whole chat menu.
First off, warn them, after 5 lines of chat.
If they continue, 10 minute mute

I hope this helps!
